Shipping policy
All of our items are vintage, one-of-a-kind, and are processed with care. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship orders using FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and service availability. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to select countries. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Customs clearance times may cause delivery delays beyond our control.
LOST, DELAYED & STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages being shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
VINTAGE ITEM DISCLAIMER
Due to the nature of vintage goods, items may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. Any significant flaws are disclosed in product descriptions. Minor wear, patina, or imperfections are not considered defects and are not grounds for refunds or replacements.
